FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is determined on the scope of the project. If it is wedding flowers, it comes down to size of the wedding and availability of stems. I feel like I am able to create something beautiful if you have $300 or $3000 to spend on flowers and can really work within any budget!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a meeting at a coffee shop or nearby wifi spot, chat about wants/needs, go back to my office and put together pricing and email a starting bid! From there, if there are revisions or additions needed, we revise the bid and then if a couple decide to book, I require a deposit to hold the date and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self taught but my grandmother was a master gardener and I worked part time with a master gardener when I was first out of college. I have a passion for flowers and I love that it enables me to use my design background with color and design principles to make something so happy and exciting for people!
