- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do it according to time, size, and detail within people's expectations and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact in person or on phone and see job and go over details until we are on same page before contract is signed. I would rather see people face to face before I set anything in stone however some jobs are simple and straightforward and smooth communication over the phone or email can be natural. And I don't fight nature I go with it, but at the same time cover all bases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Communications, psychology, art, and shop classes. Art And music competition giving me balance with outside perspective for detail. My Grampy was a inventor/engineer who taught me common sense work ethic and my Mother was a concert pianist and still teaches and performs giving me that professional work ethic.
