- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the square foot, and then can do hourly! .85 to $1 a square foot for standard height depending the cut in work and the price goes up depending on trim, doors, any wall disturbances. I tend to work with my clients to find the best price because I get to do what I love and you hire me to paint! I am all about teamwork!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We figure out the dimensions and the square footage of the space. If paint and colors are not picked out we work together to determine the best color for the space. Finding out and discovering what makes the client feel at home and then bringing that into the space. After colors are picked out, we work on the paint. I get excellent deals on the paint and I pass those savings onto you! :) so you get more for your money!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting on and off since I was a teenager! My first place was a friends place when I was in 6th grade and then it progressed to doing a kids after school place which I painted my shorts in fun colors with my handprints, painting my bedroom as I grew into adulthood, my own space and then people I knew and now for a business! I love to paint and try new things! It's a passion and such a fun business to be in! I have a couple of different amazing paint mentors! :)
