- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can provide "virtual estimates" for many projects with a few photos and details of what you would like to see. Please use our website to get an estimate with us quickly! We also proudly offer a 5% discount for military veterans!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On A Roll wants to know what you want the end result to be: - Why are you doing this project now? - Are there any timelines or project deadlines that we should be aware of? - Would you like help selecting colors? (We can provide you with a fantastic color consultant!) We want you to feel confident that you've hired the right contractor for your project - clear communication about the scope, the schedule, and other details are what set us apart from others.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has over 25 years in the painting and remodeling world - 8 years of that is in Project Management for remodeling. On A Roll is a very active member of the Painting Contractors Association (PCA is dedicated to the success of painting contractors, by offering educational programs, networking events, industry standards, and more). We are also involved with local groups that support, guide, and educate painting contractors in our area.
