- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and upfront. Some items, like TVs, appliances, electronics, and certain furniture (like couches), have additional dump fees based on local disposal costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a few quick questions about what you need hauled and when you'd like it done. The more info you share upfront, the better I can plan to make things quick and easy on your end. Whether it’s a garage cleanout, an apartment full of stuff, or just a couple of heavy items, I’m here to take the hassle off your hands.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I spent years working in both moving and concrete, jobs that demand strength, attention to detail, and a good work ethic. I’m used to lifting heavy things, navigating tight spaces, and staying efficient. This type of work is second nature to me.
