I sent a message 6:30 am on a Sunday, expecting to hear back by the afternoon, if not Monday. I got a response within 15 minutes and had a quote and pick up time within the hour. Three gentlemen showed up precisely at the time they allowed me to choose. Going back, I would have uploaded pictures because the furniture they hauled off for me was larger than the standard size but they made it work and were professional about it. They had everything loaded and ready to leave within 15 minutes. Excellent value and excellent people to work with.
