- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We just charge by volume of what we take away. Somethings like mattresses televisions and large items have Recycling fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will normally chat on the phone. Get an idea of what the customer is looking for. We schedule an appointment and give them a call on the way. It is fairly straightforward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an active partner in some organizing groups like NAPO.
