- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Given the highly particular nature of residential work, we do not provide estimates site unseen. Instead, we gather as much information as possible, visit the site, and provide an accurate estimate for the whole job. We accept cash, check, bank transfer, and all major credit cards (3.0% surcharge).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to gather as much information as possible before settling on a bid. Typically, meeting with customers is the best way to get a firm sense of the job and how they would like to see it accomplished. In addition, we can help you think about aspects of the project you might not have thought of. These are useful conversations for both parties!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a college educated, fully licensed residential builder. I have more than 25 years experience in all aspects of residential building and remodeling.
