- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Landspace Design Process 1. Talk with the customer over the phone to get a feel for if Landspace is a good fit for the customer. 2. Set up an appointment to meet the client at their residence to get an over view of the project. 3. Establish a plan and budget for the project. 4. Collect down payment 5. Install the landscape project with a high regard for quality. 6. Walk the clients project to assure complete satisfaction. 7. Collect the final payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated from Hennepin Technical College with a AAS degree in Landscape Design and Construction. Prior to attending school I work in the landscape field for five years installing patios, retaining walls, and plantings.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into landscape design and construction because of my father. He owns a property maintenance company with a great customer base. I really enjoyed working with his customers and their landscapes.
