- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do use a standard pricing system. We have install prices and also can bid hourly on projects for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When when receive a call or an email, we put your information together and schedule a time, that works for you, to come out and deliver a proposal. Once a proposal is accepted we add your job to our schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year our team members are required to attend classes in the winter and early spring to learn about new products and ensure that a quality installation is performed. All members are also required to attend 5 hours of lawn equipment training.
