- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our work is performed "by the hour" and the hourly rate fluctuates throughout the season. If you wait until your roof is leaking you can rest assure that everyone else's roof is also leaking. Prices increase with the demand. Call before your roof is leaking and you're almost guaranteed to save hundreds of dollars vs. waiting until you have water running down your walls!

Ice Dam Removal was a nice addition to our commercial and residential snow removal operations. We began performing ice dam removal in 1996.
