This company was the third company I hired. The other two people said they would but didn't show up. Third time is the charm as the saying goes. He came out right away since it was getting longer with the no shows. I call that EXCELLENT customer service. I enjoy being outdoors as well as performing a service that will create additional curb appeal to any home. Even unhealthy lawn can begin to look great with a little bit of knowledge of the craft and some care.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Verify the company has the proper coverage to keep you protected. Unfortunately insurance can be expensive as we all know, especially when it comes to commercial coverage. This drives legitimate business’ to charge more for their services to maintain a profit. Just because somebody is cheap doesn’t mean they are the best option.
