Contacted me quickly and 1 day later wired my hot tub and new exterior light. Professional, courteous and friendly. Called to let me know they would be a little late. Performed quality work and clean-up. Reasonable prices.

I hired Harrison Electric to install a light fixture. They charge a $69 travel charge (I don't live that far away) and the light installation cost $300 (It took like 30 min to hang). They were super nice guys, smart and extremely professional but when they told me the cost of the installation they never mentioned the additional $69. They also don't hang lights if fixtures aren't grounded. They planned on hanging another light in my home but discovered the fixture wasn't grounded and then left me with a quote of $1,495 to ground the fixture and hang the light. Honestly, with those prices, I would never hire them again unless I was super rich.

Very expensive charge for a temporary fix - no follow up to permanently address the issue

Set up an appointment with these guys for a Tuesday afternoon from 4-6. I left work early. No call, no show. Very professional...said nobody ever about these clowns.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have the simplest pricing system that we are aware of. You tell us what you want to do or want fixed. We provide the exact price to do the work - including parts, labor, tools, etc. If we need to do a "parts run" it is on us as we have specialty trucks with thousands of parts and tools, they are really "Warehouses on Wheels®", saving you frustration, time and money. Over 93% of the time we are able to start and complete work the same day.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bi-annually our electricians go through code update; additionally we hold training on an ongoing basis to keep up with industry trends, new products, and safety training.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

Many of our jobs start with "my ______ stopped working". We service and repair electrical circuits that aren't working, lights, switches, outlets and find solutions to solve your problems efficiently.
