I paid for everyone's hair and makeup. All my friends were GUSHING over the experience. Every interaction I've had has been beyond stellar. And that's before I get into how talented they were. The looks were fabulous, unique, AND long lasting. I cried and danced hard (so lots of sweating), and my makeup and hair were in place the entire time. Betsey also coached me through some skin maintenance at my trial so by my wedding day, I had markedly better skin. This is just skimming the surface of how much I loved working with Luminous Beauty, but I don't have time for the novel-length compliment I have. Seriously, hire them, and you will not be disappointed.

Betsey did my 32-year-old bride daughter with a very specific vision of what she wanted to me, MOB, 63. She was amazing - and we both turned out looking like a highly-enhanced version of ourselves. This is the antithesis of a beauty counter makeup session. Betsey listens, wants to make sure you are happy and is a makeup master. She is also a lovely, sophisticated person to have in your midst (like dialing up a Parisian salon) on a wedding day. She was calming and creative - I will use her for other events and for classes. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Not everyone can do a mature face without making women look like clowns or unrecognizable. She is incredible! I see why she has these amazing ratings. Hire her!
