- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Kris Lindahl, a northern suburb native, grew up and graduated from high school in Fridley, Minnesota. Always having a desire to help others, he then went on to achieve his bachelors degree in Physical Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato. After graduating from college Kris was presented with an opportunity in real estate. From there, not only did he develop a great interest in real estate and the market, but he also found a portal to channel his passion for helping others as a real estate agent.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To a large degree, achieving success in today's real estate market is dependent on marketing your home. Kris Lindahl also puts technology to work for you. His Internet presence includes dozens of state-of-the-art websites, and social media outlets, all designed to generate maximum exposure for your listing, and lead to higher offers and quicker sales. His strategies are successful and have made Kris Lindahl the listing leader for 3 years straight, selling a home every 2.5 days for the past two years.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kris Lindahl' dedication to his community also sets him apart from the rest of the pack. Every year he donates 25% of his commissions to support teachers, nurses, police officers, fire fighters, and veterans alike through the Homes for Heroes program.
