- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do. My coaching and retreats are custom so each person or group that I work with has the ability to customize what they are looking for. This means that each person will have a different price point for my plans.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am constantly getting continuing education. i have a passion for my field and always want to keep learning. This year I am working towards my advanced yoga certification as well as an Ayurvedic certification!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was in high school, I used to say that I wanted to be a personal trainer and massage therapist. In college my soccer team started warming up with yoga and I promised myself that one day I would teach yoga. Health and wellness has always been a passion of mine and I have always wanted to help people feel better about themselves and BE themselves. Life is short, why not be awesome!
