Introduction: I am personally not into high pressure sales. I want customers to feel confident that they have hired our team. We follow the IICRC drying standards for water damage, fire damage, biohazard and mold remediation. Our company only offers testing through a third party so the client owns the results and there is a strict chain of custody. Our service technicians use Xactimate which mirrors the insurance industry estimating software making this a faster transaction for our clients. It's important for our clients to remember we work for them not the insurance carrier.

Mold Inspection and Removal

Deborah and Mark were both so helpful and knowledgeable when I needed work done on my basement. They knew exactly how to prevent and remediate water damage and went above and beyond providing me resources and advice for future use as well. Mold Inspection and Removal

This company is the best. Deborah was so generous and helpful with her time. My job was a little on the small side and while she didn’t directly work on the problem she spent what probably totaled a few hours talking me through how to take care of the small amount of mold myself. She even loaned me some equipment to help me out. I am grateful for their assistance and Deborah’s assistance. If I ever need their help for a larger problem they’ll be the first place I call.

Mold Inspection and Removal

This is the first time I had to deal with mold. From what I was told, the mold I had was relatively minor. They were able to explain to me how to kill the mold and treat the area to keep the mold from forming again. She determined that I was fairly handy, and would be able treat the area myself without coming out to inspect it. I would definitely call on this company in the future if the need arises.

Mold Inspection and Removal

Deborah responded within an hour of my request and called me to walk me through the process of what I needed to do -- including referrals for third-party mold testing and duct cleaning -- which I'd been floundering on since my air conditioner overflowed five weeks ago. She gave me more information in fifteen minutes than I'd been able to find in more than a month. Not only that, Deborah was clear that I could call her with questions about the process or other referrals, even if I didn't end up hiring her. 10/10 would recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We use the insurance industry software Xactimate. If you are filing a claim with your insurance this software mirrors their pricing.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start over the phone. We will do an free inspection and estimate.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    We are certified with the IICRC for water, fire, odor and carpet restoration. For mold remediation we are certified with the IOT. Deborah has had over 40 hours of training in BIO Hazard.
