Our company only offers testing through a third party as we consider doing the testing, and the work is a conflict of interest.

Had a great experience with Ultra Clean Restore. Deborah responded quickly and was very supportive. She came out right away and assessed the damage. She was knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this contractor.

45 seconds after I posted for help I received a call (this was at 9 pm). Deborah was so nice and helpful and helped calm me down stating that our mold issue wasn’t as bad as it seemed. She gave fantastic advice and seemed to really care. I didn’t have her team come out and deal with the mold issue but if I do I will update the review. Thanks Deb!

I didn’t actually have them out to do the work as they responded to my inquiry with first a msg through the system and then
a follow up that took care of it . They take mold seriously and they will not do work ( expensive work) that you
Can do for yourself if able .. It wasn’t a huge area but it’s expensive. I had no idea how to clean it up but they walked me through what to buy and how to do and also went as far as to tell me how to prevent it in the future . I’m on a budget as many are and i really appreciated her lending her knowledge free of charge . This company
Is honest and will always get my
business and any referrals… the least I could do is write a review.

We use the insurance industry software Xactimate. If you are filing a claim with your insurance this software mirrors their pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start over the phone. We will do an free inspection and estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with the IICRC for water, fire, odor and carpet restoration. For mold remediation we are certified with the IOT. Deborah has had over 40 hours of training in BIO Hazard.
