I am personally not into high pressure sales. I want customers to feel confident that they have hired our team. We follow the IICRC drying standards for water damage, fire damage, biohazard and mold remediation. Our company only offers testing through a third party as we consider doing the testing, and the work is a conflict of interest. Our service technicians use Xactimate which mirrors the insurance industry estimating software making this a faster transaction for our clients. It's important for our clients to remember we work for them not the insurance carrier. 45 seconds after I posted for help I received a call (this was at 9 pm). Deborah was so nice and helpful and helped calm me down stating that our mold issue wasn’t as bad as it seemed. She gave fantastic advice and seemed to really care. I didn’t have her team come out and deal with the mold issue but if I do I will update the review. Thanks Deb!

We hired Deborah and her team to perform mold testing and moisture remediation on the basement of our 100+ year-old Lowry Hill home following a home inspection that raised those concerns. Having worked with a number of contractors on our home, Deborah's responsiveness and hands-on approach impressed me right out of the gate. Her team (sometimes up to 7 or 8, but always around 3-4 people) was onsite for about a week, and I found them to be extremely professional and trustworthy. My husband was out of town when the work was performed, and I never once felt uncomfortable having her team working in our home. This says a lot, as I have definitely felt on-edge working with other contractors in the past, even if their work product was solid. Deborah and team really went above and beyond to make sure the work we hired them for was done well, and in budget, within the tight time frame we had specified. Additionally, when I was having trouble finding other contractors with different specialties to do work outside of Deborah's company's immediate area of expertise, she leveraged her own network and helped me line up contractors that same week to help with exterior grading and weed removal. She also made sure her own crew was staffed with the right expertise to help with other smaller jobs we needed to have done: gutter cleaning, shingle replacement, porch-rail building, and painting. All of the work that was performed "passed" our relocation company's strict testing/rules. It was a godsend to have found Deborah when we did, and I strongly recommend her to anyone!
