Introduction: Our support not only addresses symptoms but actually getting to the root cause of those symptoms. The body is a flow system with all parts effecting one another. Symptoms are the bodies cry for help. We will guide the individual to work in a way that will honor their intentions for healing and meet them where they are at. With that in mind, we approach the situation with the whole person in mind and really listen to them to be able to dig deeper. I love being able to guide and walk with the individual to attain their health goals. I love when my clients achieve maintanence and they are empowered to know what their physical body and their energetic body needs to continue on that path.

Working with Beth, I learned how to eliminate sugar, gluten, and dairy from my diet, which my doctors have been recommending for years. I’ve lost weight but even more importantly, I feel better -- fewer aches and pains and even sleep is better. This started with her Sugar Cleanse but I’ve continued it as I’ve learned what foods help me. Thank you, Beth.

I have been eating clean for 3 years and Beth still had a lot of great ideas for me to take my health to an even better level.

I was seeking a new food plan, but I got so much more. Working with Beth has been amazing- I have seen dramatic health improvements that were not my goal: more energy, clear mind and overall well being. Definitely recommend!

I started seeing Beth in October with hopes of loosing weight. I have done so; almost 20 lbs has come off and stayed off so far. Not only is she helping me accomplish my weight goal, but there have been some other positive side affects. I had a large cluster of warts on the bottom of one of my feet. I had tried everything to get rid of them: liquid nitrogen (freezing) both with at home and in the doctors office, duct tape method, apple cider vinegar method, injections from the dermatologist, blistering applications from the dermatologist, mediplast tape, and prescription cream. They had made some impact, but not much or they would return. Since I have started seeing Beth, the warts are gone. After about 7 years with them, they are gone. She really does help heal you through and through.

I have been working with Beth for 6 months now. Both my husband and I saw results very early on. I am now on her maintenance plan and enjoy my new way of eating/living. Beth has gone out of her way to make our experience fun and rewarding. She truly cares about YOU...

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Your Initial and Report of Findings Session, includes a full health history, Visual Contrast Test, Cellular Inflammation test and a full Nutrition Response Testing protocol and a report of findings. Please feel free to schedule a Nutrition Strategy Session so Beth can determine your specific needs and we can provide supportive options, including fees. inspiringhealthsolutions.com/contact-me

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once a client has made the decision and commitment to take the first steps we meet for the Initial Session. I have them fill out health questionnaires that are scored and rated. This gives us valueable information on the whole person. There is time to discuss and allow the client to be heard. We then do a Heart Rate Variability test on-site and do manual body scan to determine which organs may need support and what stressors are affecting the body. The individual is fully clothed and it's a non-invasive body scan. No needles.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
