What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard service is 22 cents per square foot. For example, a 1500 square foot home would cost $330. Our special service price is quoted. Special service pricing is usually only needed at hoarder homes or when decomposition (death) odors are being removed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Answer any questions. Find out what the odor problem is and how our process will eliminate it. Then we set up a treatment.

We have treated homes, apartments and businesses since 2004.
