My Name is Noel, I am a husband for almost 10 years to a beautiful wife and a father to 2 strong kids. I love weight training because it is a great tool and I have success showing clients how to use it. When used properly, strength training can improve body composition through targeted physical activities. In return, you get to live your life strong and no longer hindered by aches and pains caused by inactivity and weakness. I understand this may be a big life change for you which is why I’m here. I will help you understand your body through strength training and coach you to be stronger and more resilient to everyday demands on your body. I’m a trainer with a background in social-work, I love approaching fitness from a lifestyle point of view and I’ve seen it benefit my clients. I have coached individuals through surgery/replacements rehab, back pain and many lingering aches and pains. Let’s take the next step together!
