- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the people I train is an extremely important part of what I do. My clients are not just bodies that need to burn calories or build muscle, they are whole human beings with personalities, experiences, dreams, and unique challenges. Through careful inventory of past experiences, current needs, and expected obstacles, I seek to learn how to help each individual find success. Through the many challenges we face, support from others can often carry us through. I offer phone and email support with my personal training and weight loss services. My clients are never alone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
*Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. *ACE Certified Personal Trainer. *Lifelong gymnast, dancer, and acrobat.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My degree is in Psychology, and I spent a number of years working in mental health. I've always wanted to help people achieve their goals, find happiness, and develop their strengths. Sports and fitness have always been a source of such happiness and confidence for me, and I want to share that with others.
