Hiring Brant as my person trainer has been life changing for me. Five months ago, I struggled to run the length of my driveway. This morning, I got up and ran 4.5 miles and feel great! Brant met me where I was from the very first session. He builds upon my strengths and encourages me to move into what is challenging. He has skillfully guided me towards my fitness goals. I don't like going to a gym. I'd rather have exercise integrated into my lifestyle at home. Brant has shown me how to do this. He comes to my house, teaches me how to use what I have at home to workout, and plans warm-ups, workouts, and stretching routines for me to do in-between his visits. He is also accessible between visits; he checks in with me periodically (which encourages me to be accountable), and I can always approach him with questions. I am a 54-year-old woman. I lost strength, mobility, and endurance after a severe fracture of my right leg 10 years ago. Following this injury, I believed I would never be able to do certain things again. Even keeping up with my husband when we walked together had become a challenge. Not anymore! With Brant's knowledge and support, I am exploring what is possible, and it is much more than I previously envisioned. I am so grateful to Brant for his guidance --- he helped me realize (conceptually and in fact) the resiliency of my body. I feel, look and am different!

Brant did an excellent job as a personal trainer. Always encouraging my wife and I, as we struggled through his workouts. His training sessions were all very challenging and beneficial. Brant was also very informative and helpful on the proper diets and nutrients to try. I would recommend Brant to anyone!

My fiance and I trained with Brant for two months leading up to our wedding. He arrived on time every week prepared and ready to go with personalized training programs for each of us. His training style is the perfect combination of encouragement and tough love and he whipped us into the best shape we have been in to-date! Before I saw Brandt I was frustrated with the lack of progress I was making in standing due to being an amputee. Now I go to PT once a month and Pt says to keep seeing the trainer. I get a great workout with weights, boxing, bands, medicine balls.Upper body strength increased, weight decreased. Brandt great sense of humor. He helps with self esteem.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I take the opportunity to educate myself further by going to clinics, participating in webinars, and collecting "study" materials that I can keep and revisit at any time.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I offer a lot of different types of services. I lead fitness classes for groups of 4 or more people. These classes could be Bootcamp for those experienced exercisers who enjoy getting pushed to the limit, general circuit training for people with a little less experience who want to learn more about exercising, and Silver Circuit which is a fitness class for seniors who can't quite do what they used to but are still dedicated to their health! If none of these classes apply to you, let me know and we could create a class as well! As far as personal training goes, I offer three different types of sessions. One on one training which is the client and myself, pair training which is two clients (two family members or friends) who train at the same time, and succession training which is two or more clients who train in the same place at back to back times. As far as the workouts go, they are always personalized to meet the goals you have set for yourself!
