- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take the opportunity to educate myself further by going to clinics, participating in webinars, and collecting "study" materials that I can keep and revisit at any time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I offer a lot of different types of services. I lead fitness classes for groups of 4 or more people. These classes could be Bootcamp for those experienced exercisers who enjoy getting pushed to the limit, general circuit training for people with a little less experience who want to learn more about exercising, and Silver Circuit which is a fitness class for seniors who can't quite do what they used to but are still dedicated to their health! If none of these classes apply to you, let me know and we could create a class as well! As far as personal training goes, I offer three different types of sessions. One on one training which is the client and myself, pair training which is two clients (two family members or friends) who train at the same time, and succession training which is two or more clients who train in the same place at back to back times. As far as the workouts go, they are always personalized to meet the goals you have set for yourself!
