James was fantastic!!! Left my demanding BIG cat “BOOTSIE” there for a long weekend. I hear she hung out under the bed but I knew she was in good hands. I received “under the bed” glamour shots. James was responsive and made accommodations for her. Looking forward to taking “BOOTSIE” there for her next VACA. Thanks, James!

Had first visit and was very impressed by their professionalism and performance. They covered so many things I didn’t even think of and offer so many extra services. I look forward to using them in the future.

We were excited to be able to find someone that care for our dog less than 24 hours of need to visit family in hospital. We are over-the-top pleased with his rapid response and 100% followthrough. We will definitely need him in the future for longer periods.
