- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We had a customer who had some of the last photos of there father that had recently passed. The phone had sustained some water damage and they feared they had lost the photos forever. We were able to repair the item and retrieve the photos for them. It was an amazing feeling to see the look on there face when they got it back! Just one of the many things we do at DontDitchItFixIt that makes us love our jobs!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they use quality parts and know what they are doing. Repairs can be complex and risky so be carful who you choose to do the repairs
