I got a very fast response to my request for a quote and was scheduled for the following day. Ruben arrived promptly, explained everything, every step of the way so I understood exactly what he was doing and what I could expect. He problem-solved a couple of issues that were unique to my plumbing configuration. Last night after doing 3 loads of laundry, our basement floor drain started backing up on us. We gave a call to a few plumbers and they either did not have the tools for the job or did not service our area. I decided to check thumbtack and got an immediate response. Bill came out and got to work right away. He was great at keeping the floors clean, including the finished area in the basement. He also discovered that our kitchen drain was pretty gunked up so he got that cleaned out as well. We also got to watch the camera go down into the pipes to confirm it was all clear, pretty neat!
We will definitely call them back in a couple of years to clean out any accumulating roots.
