- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Services are priced by the hour. Example (Couples Picture $200/hr) I do require a down deposit (half of the total) after we plan everything out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we'll discuss what you are looking for. Then we'll go over the objectives and create a list of importance. After that, we will agree to a scheduled date for the photo shoot and will have you sign a contract agreement. Once the photo shoot is over, I will let you know when you should be expecting your pictures through your preferred delivery method.
