- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices on our website and Thumbtack are fairly accurate, but we do need to confirm all details of the job for anything that may increase or decrease the price of the job. If you own multiple properties and or want a monthly/ semimonthly service, we can work out a discount on that!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to explain our process thoroughly to ensure the customer knows what they are purchasing and to also make sure they are satisfied with the work details.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother and I have been hands on with tools and engines since we were born. Growing up with a dad as a mechanic we learned the ins and outs of equipment and how to use them. Then after years of helping our friends and families we fine-tuned our skills to ensure satisfaction! We both have economic majors from St. Thomas and the University of North Dakota to help out our business side!
