Introduction: I provide both individual psychotherapy and psychological testing. My belief is that people who come to therapy need a therapist who strives to understand their experience. As people come to feel understood and safe in the therapeutic context, they can then work through the difficult issues that impede their growth. My approach is to help clients to process life-related difficulties, explore what has influenced them to become the person they are today, and discover what might be blocking the attainment of a more satisfying life. Clients can expect a safe, collaborative therapeutic relationship that focuses on growth and building personal strengths so that they feel empowered to make changes in their lives.
