FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real Estate Pricing: You'll never pay for more photos than you need. A basic real estate shoot with Alto Aerials starts at 12 photos, including one aerial image, for just $100. Additional images are $4 each, and additional aerial images are $6 each. Pricing may be negotiable for clients with multiple projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we'll do is reach out to get a better understanding of what a new customer needs/wants. With this information, we work out precise quote. If the customer finds the quote to be fair, then we can work out scheduling details. Generally, a shoot can be scheduled within a week of the quote, often times within a day or two. Considerations must be made for weather, and we will reschedule in advance if bad weather looks like it may interfere with a shoot. Once a project is photographed, we get to work on editing (if applicable). We ask for 36 hours to complete the edit, but customers often receive their photos within 24 hours. Video projects generally take longer, as they require several rounds of edits. The photographer will always reach out to the customer to ensure that they are happy with their photos/video, and make any additional edits if needed. Payment is due upon delivery of the content. We will do our best to use a customer's preferred method of payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
