Dan did an outstanding job with my realestate listing photos. I had a photographer cancel at the last minute and Dan called me immediately was not only able to keep the same exact day for the photo shoot, he sent me the photos within 12 hours of the shoot. The photos of the home are incredible and I will most definitely call Dan for my realestatephotos in the future. I'm impressed!

Dan was awesome! Trust me, I am hard to please and he did a great job with the pictures of this listing. I never used a photographer before for my listings, and now I will never list a house without photographer! Dan was very reasonably priced in comparison to the many I checked, had great ideas for staging the rooms, came out day after I called, pictures were back to me that night! Had questions abot pics and how they worked on the MLS and he answered my calls at 8pm on a Friday night! Couldn't be more pleased :)

Excalibur's photos of a house for an MLS listing exceeded our expectations! We had trouble deciding which photos not to use because they all were terrific. His photos caused more showings than we ever had with any flip house we ever had. He stays on top of business to give his clients more than they expect. We interviewed 3 companies, & he was the only one who already knew that MLS accepts 24 instead of only 18 photos. The other companies didn't know that. We will definitely use Excalibur Portraits, again.

Only hire a photographer that uses professional lighting. Even outside on a beautiful day a little lighting gear is needed to give the image that extra something..
