- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The process is usually pretty simple and it depends on the client's needs. Typically, resume services follow the timeline of: 1. Client emails their old resume and any jobs of interest. If no resume, then the client schedules a call to provide the info to us for drafting. 2. We prepare the rough first draft of the resume that includes questions in comments in the document. Standard turnaround time on the first draft is 2 - 3 business days from receiving client's info. 3. Confer with client (by phone or email) to receive edits or comments. 4. Incorporate requested edits/comments from client. 5. Send client second draft.
