About
I take a lot of pride in my work and if the customer isn't satisfied then I am not satisfied. I bring more than just a service when I come to your residence. I'm clean, considerate, and extremely trustworthy. I pride myself on not only providing outstanding service but also enjoy teaching my clients about how to properly maintain their property. No one wants to make expensive repairs to an already expensive property. I would encourage any of my clients to take that into consideration when deciding who they want working on their property. I will do my best to prolong the appearance of your property.
I take great pride educating and helping clients properly maintain their properties

Grant took a tree in our backyard that had not been touched in several years and was over grown, he turned it into something much more presentable in our backyard. The tree is beautiful and absolutely no mess left behind. If you need a tree trimmed I highly recommend.

I could tell right when I met Grant at my tree that he knew what he was doing. No nonsense, hard-working nice person who cut my tree down as low as he could. Really happy I found GTK properties on thumbtack!

Grant completed the work as expected and at a good price. The weather caused some delays (obviously cant blame Grant for that) but Grant kept me updated throughout which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend and hire Grant in the future.
Grant was very knowledgeable, responsive & excellent to work with.
He trimmed our 8-10 foot hedge that runs the length of our yard down to 2 feet as we discussed. He also hauled away all the branches. He does great work & we highly recommend him!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try my best to price my jobs to be mutually beneficial. My customer works hard for their money and I work hard for mine. in the end, it needs to benefit us both.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to have a short phone conversation with them and then text is usually better. that first conversation usually includes most of the most important details in starting a new business relationship. Any follow up after that is usually easier over text considering everyone's time constraints in the busy world we live in. with that being said, my phone is always on and I prefer talking directly in real time with a short phone ed call.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in tree work with my father at a young age. we used firewood as our main heat in the house growing up. I spent a lot of time in the woods honing my skills in a effort to heat the family household.
