- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing on every project will vary it all depends on the location and size of the tree and if there are any structures to work around.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
every time we work with new customers we provide them with the knowledge and information they are seeking. I also let all my new customers know that I am qualified and knowledgeable about my craft and that's why we do one on one consultation.
