This confirms their commitment and allows us to proceed further. Start Planning on the project prior to project date: After the project is confirmed, I initiate the planning phase. This involves creating a detailed project plan, outlining the tasks, milestones, and timelines. I may also gather any necessary materials or resources required for the project. Start Post Production: If applicable to the project, post-production work begins after the necessary filming, recording, or content creation has taken place.
