I have been in the insurance industry for 12 years and have been on the other side of claims. This time it happened to me and I knew from clients that they had been very pleased with Arco. I had never had a claim before of my own and wasn't sure exactly what to expect. Jon had met my adjuster and I at my houses to discuss my loss and walked me through the whole situation and explained to me what to expect. Jon and Jake were very professional and knowledgeable. They took care of everything and not much attention was needed from me. It was reasssuring to know that they had my interest in mind and not just trying to finish this job so they couor move onto the next. The entire claim process could not have gone any easier and I have the whole Arco team to thank.

An unfortunate and unforeseen situation that involved a vehicle rolling into a garage and creating damage was met with immediate response from Jake and his team at ARKO. They responded to the scene within an hour, addressed the concerns and dealt with the process moving forward. Quick and professional. A great value. I strongly recommend ARKO restoration!

Jake was very knowledgeable and took good care of us during our devastation. I recommend Arko restoration for any flood problems you have. Iv used other companies in the past but arko was far superior and made us feel comfortable.
