Kayla was the photographer for our wedding and she did such an awesome job! Finding the right photographer was difficult for my husband and I because we live in New York but had our wedding back in Minnesota. For never having met and only communicating through emails, it all worked out. Kayla did a great job of capturing our special day--she was so easy to work with, incorporated our ideas with hers, and just made the day go smoothly. We love how the pictures turned out. Definitely recommend Kayla as a photographer for anything and everything!

Kayla was amazing to work with. I first picked her after seeing how well her pictures seemed to capture natural smiles as well as used natural warm sunny colors without being over saturated. During the actual shoot she was very friendly and talked with us about what we wanted while guiding the pictures with obvious skill and care. Kayla was easy to talk to and it resulted in more natural smiles and relaxed poses which is what we really wanted. Our absolute favorite picture was one that wasn’t posed or planned, but she had her camera up and ready to capture the beautiful candid picture that really showed a lot of emotion and love. It’s because of that readiness and ability to quickly catch the moment that convinced us that this professional, kind, and skilled photographer was the one we wanted for our wedding.

Kayla is sweet and so wonderful! I needed family pictures that fit our budget, and she was willing to work with our budget (and on the lower side of it!!). She mentioned she is new to her photography business, but even for a beginner, she rocks! Her work isn't 100% flawless on every image, but she does get some great shots. If you're looking for someone who is lower priced, but still takes some great photos, Kayla is the way to go! I highly recommend her.

Make sure you take time to either meet up with your photographer or talk on the phone with them before you decide to hire them. It's important to get to know the photographer and see if your personalities mesh, as well as see if you feel completely comfortable with them. You want the photographer you choose to capture the true you, and they can only do that if you are 100% comfortable.
