These professionals responded in a very timely manner and began trouble-shooting our problem over the phone. We will take the first suggestion that we can actually do ourselves and if we still have a problem with our chimney, we will call them back. We could tell that they had that intuitive knowledge that only comes with many years of experience in the business.

Booking the appointment was easy with the online system. The tech arrived an hour late. They called me to explain the mix-up on the appointment time but I was a bit annoyed. Seems like he did a good job otherwise. Quick appointment overall - he was done in maybe 20 minutes.

I was hesitant to have them come out because of my conversation with Gleason. I felt as I was just bring passed on to someone else and that he didn't have the time for me. Luckily, his father-in-law, was a very nice man and gave me the time and made me feel good about choosing this company.
If you make it past Gleason, Tom is the right guy for the job. Very Helpful...
I would have left a 5 star rating if I didn't have that initial bad customer experience.
