Rolf and Angie have managed our buildings for over 2 years. They do a fantastic job. They have improved our properties appearance, increased our rents and lowered our expenses. The property's are full with a waiting list. We are looking to acquire additional properties and we will have them be involved from the start.

I have worked with Rolf and Angie for over 3 years. We did a complete rehab project on a old rundown building with lots of vacancy an low rent and now the building is full and getting top dollar for rent. They do a fantastic job of keeping my buildings full, rents collected and the properties looking great. I have used many companies over the years to buy/sell and manage my properties but I will be staying with RA to get the complete package.

Viewed an apartment, signed a lease for it, then was told that I actually had signed a lease for a different unit in the same building I had never seen. Highly unorganized
