- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to bid each job on a fixed price based on the scope of work. I am reticent to charge hourly as I don’t want to pass on inordinate costs to a customer should I make a mistake that costs time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get eyes on the project and provide a detailed estimate with a scope of work based on our discussion and your expectations. I focus on three primary things, delivering quality, positive customer experience, and I always conduct myself with integrity expected of a Special Operator.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Project Manager, I also manage a commercial utility rehabilitation company. I’ve been working in construction since I was a teenager with a bit of a break for my military service. If I don’t know an answer or am unsure I will be the first fella to let you know.
