I cannot say enough good things about my experience working with Tom on my kitchen remodel. He was very courteous and professional and he got the job done in a timely manner while still doing an exceptional job (i still can’t believe the transformation). He was great at communicating with me through out the whole process and made me feel very comfortable and confident in the whole experience. He is a great person and a skilled carpenter, painter, cabinet installer and I will definitely be hiring Tom again.

Tom was exceptional. I had him do a few things around my home(handyman work). I had him hang shelves, paint a room, install curtains, and hang a tv. My husband is out of town quite often and I work 2 jobs, so for me, based on his price, it was a no brainer. After I met Tom and he gave me his estimate, we scheduled a date. He was 5 mins early, which I like, being prior military. He was quiet, professional, and completed the job in record time! I will be calling him again! Thanks Tom!

Tom put in all new cabinets in our kitchen with crown molding and they turned out beautifully. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable to have him working in our home. He got everything done within our timeline and was flexible with days and times that worked for us. We will definitely be using him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to bid each job on a fixed price based on the scope of work. I am reticent to charge hourly as I don’t want to pass on inordinate costs to a customer should I make a mistake that costs time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get eyes on the project and provide a detailed estimate with a scope of work based on our discussion and your expectations. I focus on three primary things, delivering quality, positive customer experience, and I always conduct myself with integrity expected of a Special Operator.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Project Manager, I also manage a commercial utility rehabilitation company. I’ve been working in construction since I was a teenager with a bit of a break for my military service. If I don’t know an answer or am unsure I will be the first fella to let you know.
