- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on # of rental hours. All quotes are not based on city or state. There is no delivery fee. All rentals include: 4 ft by 6 foot Black Canvas Surround, Private, Open Air Booth Unlimited Color OR Black & White LAB Quality Prints & Images 23 inch TOUCHSCREEN Thermal Heat Printer Technology Personalized Custom Color Graphic Design- Adobe Photoshop Large jpeg image files & strips on a CDR or USB at the END of your event, additional CDR copies up to 10 if specified on agreement (ALL Copyright Free)You can Print, Make copies, Upload & Share on your site of choice EX. Flickr, Icloud, Dropbox -keeping your guests "in the moment" & off their cell since 2013-- Uploading sites can take time away from your guests & rental hrs =) Keepsake Memory Book & Video Guestbook included with ALL weddings and 3+ hour rentals Video Guestbook(10 second video clips) Props Included OR Bring Your Own $25.00 CREDIT ADD ONS available: Memory Book, Bookmarks, DVD copies, themed prop packages 1 HOUR FREE IDLE time during dinner with any 4+ hour reservation (weddings) Professional Photographer on site to assist with guests, memory book, delivery to the venue and set up location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process of renting is to make sure you get the date you want. After the proper paperwork and a deposit or payment is made, I work with each individual to create the perfect background for their strips. I usually start this process 3 months prior to the date. (Unless it is a last minute rental) Before your event I will call the venue to make arrangements for delivery and set up of the booth on your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a photography degree, lighting, color, print quality are the 3 most important details of each rental. Sometimes cheaper, isn't better..
