- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system in which we utilize to provide correct consistence quotes for all of our customers based on accurate head counts. This helps to prevent a customer from paying for a lot of food that isn't necessary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce our company to new customers and ask questions to make sure we are meeting the customers needs.
