- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will show up in a fully stocked van, in professional attire. We will perform a complete Home Safety Check to ensure your safety and ours during any work. This report will be emailed to you for consideration or it can be immediately applied to estimate. We will offer a 1 year Advantage Plan that will give a 15% discount on ALL items. For this we will charge a $100 dispatch fee, that will be refunded into the estimate once customer authorization is given to proceed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have two hour call windows...8-10, 10-12, 1-3, 3-5. Saturday and Sunday we do receive calls and book appointments ONLY; to be schedule for work on the upcoming schedule. Emergency calls are booked at a premium. Customer chooses which window works best for them and we will dispatch a Service Professional to meet your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Service Professionals are licensed Journeyman Wireman or Master Electricians #AM761630. We also have our EA contractors license #EA768490.
