- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting face to face to research their exact needs. This provides the basis for an exact estimate as possible. It also allows me to see firsthand the values and ideas of the customer. From there we can get contracts signed, deposits paid and then put you on the schedule.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done concrete and taught school for over 20 years. A few years ago, I left teaching to go back into concrete full time. I believe my background as a teacher helps me relate to customers and has provided me with the skills to listen and really hear what they want and need.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
