- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Having a standard pricing system is tough. I look at it like this: How long will it take me to do? How high or tough to reach is it? How many colors involved and how much prep work will be involved. I am fair and love to work on projects to make things looks great!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out how they found my name and/ or company. Many times it's from friend who refers me. That gets conversation going and the relationship started. That needs to be first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a four year college degree plus a masters degree. I have trained under many painters. I also go to a few painting contractor shows during the year.
