Stefanie did an amazing job on all the flowers for my wedding! She did the bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces and a beautiful altar piece. She was responsive and she incorporated my feedback to create something unique and special for my wedding day. She set everything up herself and I'd say it was a good value for how many flowers we got! I'd highly recommend The Local Petal!

So glad we found Stefanie! We were a little overwhelmed when we were planning our wedding by how much flowers can cost. We wanted real flowers but we didn’t want to break the bank. Stefanie was able to work around our budget and put together the most beautiful bouquets, corsages and boutonnières that incorporated all the flowers and greenery I love but cost us a fraction of what other florists had quoted us. Her prices are incredibly reasonable and she doesn’t compromise on the quality of her work. I received so many compliments on my flowers at my wedding and the style of the arrangements was exactly what I had described to Stefanie. I couldn’t have been happier! Working with Stefanie was an absolute pleasure! She is professional and responsive and that just gave me one less thing to worry about while planning my wedding. Stefanie maintained regular contact to make sure she had all of the details she needed as far as logistics and my preferences. Any time I reached out with questions, she was super responsive and helpful. Overall, she was just a joy to work with and I’m very glad a random search on Thumbtack put us in contact. My flowers from Stef at The Local Petal were absolutely stunning! I could not have been happier. She included everything I wanted and I felt so beautiful holding the amazing bouquet. Stef was very responsive and willing to work within our budget as a smaller wedding. She worked with me as I changed my mind a couple of times, and made the bouquet of my dreams. She is a great florist and I would recommend her work to anyone looking for wedding flowers.

We were more than impressed with Stefanie. We don't even have words for how much she exceeded our expectations. She made the most beautiful big flower arrangements and within a budget. She was willing to work with me at any price limit so I initially had a budget but as we went through details I found that I needed to buy more flowers and it was worth it. She made really nice flower boards and updated them when I had new ideas. She helped me pick colors and met up with my husband and I so we knew her beforehand. On the day of the wedding we didn't see her much because she was working so hard and ran from the church to the reception to get all the flowers in the right place. They were so beautiful and made the day/night fancy and lovely. Our grand parents liked the wristlettes and our head table was incredible

Hiring Steph was the best decision we have ever made through out my God Child planning her flowers and the process for her wedding. Steph was willing to meet us and guide us through the flower arrangements and helped choose really beautiful fall/winter flowers. Steph listened to all our requirements and filled in where we questioned the arrangements. Steph was so sweet to work with and she brought her amazing team to help complete the wedding beautifully! Highly recommend!!!

Every wedding is so unique, so each wedding is priced individually after talking about types of flowers, number of bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages and decorations.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with the brides and talk flowers. During the free consultation, we talk numbers, both budgets and floral pieces. Then, after we meet, I'll be able to send pricing within 24 hours.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in a floral shop for over 10 years, doing everything from vase arrangements, to wedding flowers, event decorations, and memorial pieces.
