- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a thank you to our service members we offer a 10% Veterans Discount added to final invoice.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At our complimentary inspection, our tech will take moisture readings and measurements to determine if there is any lingering moisture that needs to be addressed. They will then take measurement of what needs to be cleaned, removed etc. An estimate will then be put together and emailed to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IICRC certified in mold remediation and water damage restoration.
