- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a licensed Real Estate Broker we are required to take at least 15 hours of continuing education per year. Homestead Plus is always looking forward to further educating ourselves and bring you newer and better products and services.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Leasing Properties, Managing and upholding the tenants to their leases. Maintaining the property to stay up to date on current city, county, and state rental housing codes. Nuisance Conditions Enforcement. Resolve any small and/or large repairs that are needed on the property.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure to shop around. Don't just go with the first company you see. You'll never know how good we are unless you have something to compare us to. You'll find we offer so much more for less.
