Punctual, well spoken, clean, knowledgeable. Best part of working with Austin was how he was able to take the time to make sure I understand the issues my wood stove and chimney is having. Austin is now my Chimney Guy. Great customer service from the first phone call to pulling out the driveway. Highly recommend.
